My favourite reads of 2023 - Top Six (out of 145 books read)

From classical literature to the latest bestsellers, (these were selected from the latest releases). There were many titles that inspired and some that were not for me - these ones rose to the top.

Here are my top reads of 145(ish) from 2023. I have kept it to recent ones as I read many classics and classical titles which would easily make top reads for myself for 2023.

I would be interested if anyone else has any of these titles in their top reads. All the Broken Places was the first book I read on New Years Day 2023 as I was so moved by The Boy in Striped Pyjamas when it was first out and it has always stayed with me this was incredible. I am a big fan of John Boyne, as you will see from my review of Water, which I began 2024 with.

I will be doing a review on each of the above along with many of the other titles I have read and I aim to keep up-to-date on my Goodreads account, as well as posting reviews weekly of books I have just read.
